My journey into design began in 2016 during my first semester of college. I worked as an Accessibility and Assistive Technology Specialist formatting course materials for low-vision students. That experience enlightened me on the power of designing with diverse users in mind—and ignited my passion for UX.
After graduating with a degree in Business Analytics and IT during the pandemic, I spent 3 years as a Solutions Engineer across two SaaS companies. There, I learned how to translate complex data and business goals into human-centered solutions while collaborating with enterprise teams across product, engineering, sales and marketing.
Curiosity (and a lot of late-night design tinkering) led me to pivot fully into UX. I completed Google’s UX Design Certificate and began designing and developing websites for small businesses—combining creativity, accessibility, and technical depth.
Now, as the lead Product Designer at Usersnap, I deliver high-impact projects that make our feedback tool more engaging and effective in a rapidly evolving, AI-driven market.
Motivated by the same goal that started it all:
To design experiences that make technology feel human.
